Oh Episcopal's. I'm a memeber of the ELCA, I don't agree with evertything the church dictates but I still go to church.

What is the ECUSA?

Well, they just changed their name to TEC (The Episcopal Church) not to be confused with the original TEC (Traditional Episcopal Church).

ECUSA is Episcopal Church, USA. The denomination ELCA shares bishops (like Gene Robinson) with via CCM (Called to Common Mission), and have joint congregations with in Michigan and Florida. They are both members of NCC and WCC, too. Know what those are about?

Are you aware of ELCA's new, neutered worship book (from the 'Renewing Worship' program) shipping this fall, and the information package pastors received to share this spring? Was it shared with your congregation? Do you know ELCA is re-doing their human sexuality 'study' (JTTF, the one where a majority of responses were against ordaining gays and blessing gay couples)? Is yours an R.I.C. congregation? Any 'Lutherans Concerned' activities there?

Heard of 'Word Alone'?
