ALL: I ran across a

posting by Rebel_Yell2 over on this thread early this morning (7/18).

He is apparently still trying to get in touch with the Embassy/State Dept. to register. Prayers are needed that he gets through and isn't placed on infinite hold as he apparently was once before...

I don't have his confirmation, but reading through more of the thread it appears Rebel_Yell2 did get registered with the state Dept. Prayers continuing for his safe return.

Txsleuth tells us that freeper MOGirl had to leave the threads last night..because her Mom was taken to the hospital with high blood sugar (diabetes)
Her Mom's blood sugar is back to normal..but she isn't doing well..and the doctor's don't know why yet.

Please pray for her mom.

Just got home. Mom is still alive, but not all here, if you know what I mean. At this point, she seems to have no pain, for which I thankful. Tomorrow may bring a better situation, we just don't know.

I read through this thread, and there are so many that are in pain, that need prayers...my love, thoughts and prayers to each and very one.

Thanks for the prayers. His daughter is supposed to go back into the military soon, her choice, she already served 2 years and left. Her friend is the one that was called up yesterday.
They took him out partying before he had to leave.

Please pray for my unborn child, at 13 weeks. I felt a great deal of movement a few days ago, and now - nothing. It's still so early that this doesn't necessarily mean anything bad - but this is a high risk pregnancy because of my age and two previous losses late in the first trimester.
Please pray for the baby's life and for my trust in God's will.

I've heard no news today.
MSNBC did report that the first shipload of 1000 of our fellow countrymen left Beirut for Cypress a few hours ago. So it looks like the evacuations have started.
I will certainly ping as soon as I hear anything.

I shared with Erica's parents that we were all praying for their safety. She was overwhelmed that so many would care.
