Reminds me of Paul Verhoeven's involvement in The Jesus Seminar.

There are, of course, all kinds of evidence of the historical accuracy of the Torah account that don't involve switching the timeframe of the Exodus or conflating the Hebrews with the Hyksos.

But for many, this film will provide welcome assurance that a belief in the Bible need not come at the expense of scientific truth or common sense.

They just can't use the word - MIRACULOUS.
