We have a Life Teen Mass. The band plays electric guitars and sings upbeat music. The place is full...with teenagers and families. I *think* that's a good thing. We attend the Life Teen Mass as well, we have many more people in attendance that fit the 35 to 85 year old demographic than the 0 to 34 year old demographic. This Mass also seems to be one of the better attended services.
If you don't mind me asking, what Parish are you a member of?

Why do you like splitting up the family for Masses?? That's like having teens eat breakfast by themselves at 11:00 and dinner at 8:00...all without the parents....makes NO sense to me.
