What's even funnier, is that God doesn't offer salvation through the Catholic Church, but He chose to offer the Bible through it. That's ironic, don't you think?

That's not so ironic. The Bible was completed before the end of the 1st century. The Catholic Church at the end of the 1st century is certainly not the same church we see today.

It seems that you are confusing property with the Catholic Church.

The Sacraments of the Catholic Church are immutable. They are the same ones that the Lord himself gave us 2000 years ago.
