Wasn't there a move to bring a case against Kerry in ecclesiastical court for heresy? I remember it was a Catholic lawyer doing that in the Archdiocese of Boston.
What ever happened to the case? Or was it another one of the Bishop choosing politics over faith?
We need our bishops to start leading again. Leading, that is, back to Catholic teachings.

Last I heard the Boston archdiocese didn't move on the Complaint, so it was sent to Rome. Balestrieri's (the canon lawyer involved) site is here: defide.com . Hard to tell how recently it's been updated.
