Great article!

has analyzed three papyrus fragments from the 26th chapter of the Gospel of Matthew; the fragments date to the year 40, which would indicate that the author was an eyewitness to our Lord's public ministry.

I wonder if it is in Greek or Aramaic?

To answer your question: the Magdalen College papyrus fragments are in Greek. Thiede wrote a book with Matthew D'Ancona entitled "Eyewitness to Jesus". He dates the fragments to about 60 Anno Domini.
