As I understand it, San Joaquin translates to Saint Joker, the patron saint of slapstick, gags, humor, and minstral shows...
Not to dignify your comment, but there actually is a patron saint of stand-up comics, and he shares a relation to St. Joachim in a wierd way.
St. Joachim's wife is the patroness of single women. The patron of single men is St. Lawrence, a saint of reknowned lightness of spirit, who endured the world's first (and most brutal) comedy roast.
He was grilled alive! But he did not allow his mind-blowing agony to impair his good will or sense of humor; his last words were "flip me over; I think I'm done on this side." Hence, he is the patron of stand-up comics, who know what it is like to die in front of a tough crowd.
Saint Walken, the patron saint of cowbells.
