Homosexual acts are a sin.
Homosexual urges, like any other temptation, are not.
Since homosexual acts are often acts of passion, they might be less "evil" than other actions that are deliberate choosing of evil.
I have enough problems controlling my temptations to sin than to criticize another who gives in.
However, I do oppose the so called "Gay agenda". But the gay agenda is actually less dangerous than other agendas, such as materialism, immodesty, ignoring poor people, heterosexual promiscuity etc.
What you call "passion," the Bible calls lust, sin, and abomination. When you say you can't "criticize," the Bible says you should reproof, correction, and instruction of righteousness. As for those agendas that you see as being more dangerous, I'd be happy to debate just the opposite.
