I agree with the essentials that you list as necessary to salvation. You mention the word "revelation" by which I assume you mean the Bible.
In no place is the "thread" (Jesus married, father Holy Grail etc.) even vaguely alluded to therein.
Of course one is free to speculate on anything that comes to mind. However, that same "revelation" warns believers not to .."set your mind on things that are on earth." (Col.3:1-4).
It is at the very least poor stewardship to spend one's time playing with preposterous conspiracy theories that can be so easily debunked by both secular and religious sources.
If you want fun and mysteries, stick with things that do not risk offending the Lord.
