I thank the Lord for his love for me, for his unfailing help in times of trouble.

"When the Sisters are exhausted, up to their eyes in work; when all seems to go awry, they spend an hour in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. This practice has never failed to bear fruit: they experience peace and strength,"
- Blessed Mother Teresa

Sweet Sacrament Divine
Sweet Sacrament Divine,
Hid in Thy earthly home;
Lo! round Thy lowly shrine,
With suppliant hearts we come.
Jesus to thee our voice we raise
In songs of love and heart-felt praise
Sweet Sacrament Divine.
Sweet Sacrament Divine.
Sweet Sacrament of Peace,
Dear home of every heart,
Where restless yearnings cease,
And sorrows all depart.
Here in Thine ear, all trustfully,
We tell our tale of misery,
Sweet Sacrament of Peace.
Sweet Sacrament of Peace.
- Irish Traditional Hymn

We should consider those moments spent before the Blessed Sacrament as the happiest of our lives.

Dear Knitting A Conundrum and Fellow Freepers in Christ,
Thanks for this awesome Article on "Eucharistic Adoration".
For someone like me, who is much younger than most of you all and who has an immense devotion to the Blessed Sacrament from the age of 10, it just strengthens my immense "BELIEF" in the Blessed Sacrament.
Is there anyone on this Thread who would like to be added to my Father Altier's Ping List for Homilies on Holy Days and Solemnities as well as Father Altier's awesome talks on the Fundamentals of Catholicism ?
If you are already on my list, there is no need to respond to the above request.
Finally, if any of you all are interested in Audio Files where you can hear Father Altier preaching on the Blessed Sacrament, Saint Michael, Our Lady, Marriage, etc.
All you need to do is to go to this Link. It is run by a Catholic Apologist called Greg Graf.
It is
http://trueteaching.net You will find a large number of awesome talks as MP3 FILES.
IN THE RISEN LORD JESUS CHRIST,
