I guess you've never heard of

THE HOUND OF HEAVEN.

You certainly seem to know nothing of my knowledge or acceptance of The Gospel of Jesus Christ.

And, I would not presume to tell Jesus at what point Jesus considered Sammy saved in that trek from the clearing to the mission compound.

Jesus may have considered him saved from the foundation of the world, for all I know.

I just know something of Jesus' character. And I have utter confidence that had Sammy been eaten by a tiger between the torture clearing and the compound, that Jesus would have saved him whether he had to present him with a choice at the moment of death or however He might have arranged it.

Sammy had demonstrated utter absolute faith in the Voice and Person of Jesus each step of that trek. As Scripture has indicated rather conclusively--that sort of faith is Saving Faith from Adam, certainly Abraham, onward. Sammy had cast his all on the Person and Voice of His new Lord step by step of that trek.

To presume that such faith would count as naught with Jesus is to evidence cluelessness about Jesus' character, imho.

Yes, it was important for Sammy to hear The Gospel and Jesus insured that he did. But the issue was settled long before Sammy reached the compound. Sammy KNEW HIS SAVIOR STEP BY STEP OVER THE WEEKS OF THAT TREK. SAMMY KNEW HIS SAVIOR'S VOICE as probably you and I do not--each step of that trek. Sammy had utter confidence that His new found Savior who had led him to food and water along the way would lead him successfully the rest of his life's way. That was all very settled before Sammy reached the compound.

Are you so utterly brazen as to tell Jesus that such COULD NOT count with Jesus? I hope not.

Ok, then I will tell you.

Ye must be born again.

If you believe in the end times scenarios, why is it so hard for you to believe the truth about Graham?

I think your right and I think SCRIPTURE illustrates that in Hebrews chapter 11. However, I'm not sure if your implying that an individual faithfully practicing a religion that denies the true path to salvation would still be saved because they are pious. IOW, if a person is a Muslim and is diligent in following their religion are they going to be saved?
