Bears repeating on this rather nasty thread. Mr. Graham said as much in his biography. He has never to my knowledge chastized a public figure in public, I would imagine however that he has had many discussions in private and as any good minister, he keeps those conversations private.
He has intimated a number of times that he has spoken quite forcefully and searchingly with the heart of The Gospel to such high and mighty people.
