I have read C.S. Lewis's book Screwtape letters and I hate fantasy.
If reading or watching a fantasy helps your faith, okay.
I would much rather read and see things based on the Bible.

Do you know how popular C.S. Lewis is in the Christian Community? Or J.R.R. Tolkin? I would rather watch a fantasy based on moral principles than a monster movie or a serial killer movie, or whore movie. Young people today are not attracted to dry matter-of-fact movies, they want movies that entertain like the "Chronicles of Narnia" that have a Christian Theme to it. I for one don't mind fiction movies or books if what it brings across is morality, righteousness, a sense of right and wrong, and what is right and wrong, and responsibilities to your Creator.
