Tuscaloosa Goldfinch's son needs employment -- he has been grounded from flight school due to a medical issue which is short term, and has a family - and has been temporarily released from active duty until flight school resumes. This is an urgent need.

My praise report:  Although I am still dealing with the asthma, the Lord led me to discover that wearing two surgical masks will let me sit through church services without coughing or having the irritation in my lungs worsened, and I was able to attend services on Thursday, Friday and this morning prayerfully and have been able to participate again, and I am very thankful for all of you who lifted me up in prayer.  God bless.

Please remember my stepmom Mable in your prayers,  I received the following note yesterday:

"Got loads of blood work. A breast biopsy. With only one stitch but I am whining to high heaven. ROFLOL!!! We rented a room last night in Midland and went shopping today. Next week I go on Thursday. Stay in a room and have appointment Friday morning 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM for test and at 2 PM to get the results of test from yesterday test and the CT scans and digital imaging that I will get Friday morning. My glucose was 279 and my liver results are like off the scale and they are checking for tumors and stuff before treating me just for diabetes. "

I am sure she is scared, but she is so sweet, and I am worried about her. Thank you.

"What I have been told is that she has a disease called "Fatty Liver of Pregnancy" and that the doctors may consider delivering the baby n sometime within the next few weeks without much hope of the baby surviving. The baby is due the end of June. What my parents have been told is the baby would probably not make it if Lynette carried her to term and it would destroy Lynette's liver to continue the pregnancy. Please pray for healing and wisdom for everyone involved."

My husband who is probably going to be forced to retire early - please pray that all goes smoothly.  (Update:  They may allow him to retire on his earliest full retirement date at the end of August.  Thank you for your prayers.  Please remember him that this may continue to work out.)

Got an update on my cousin's fiancee.

He woke up from a coma! The doctors are not sure why, but he woke up and started talking. Still not out of the woods yet, but he is able to feel and move his limbs. Very good considering that on Tuesday they weren't sure if he would wake up at all!

The doctor says it is a miracle. Thanks for the prayers!

I saw her today at adoration, and she was very upset. Her prayer intentions had been for her children and her unborn grandchild.

I told her I would pray for her. She is very worried and grieving in her heart, no matter what the reason.
