INCITEMENT to CONVERT?
You make that sound like incitement to riot.
As in, 'Here's 50 dollars, a t-shirt and a bag of rice. Now convert.'
Mind you, this is being done by Hindu, Christian, Muslim and other groups, to win numbers.
