By what standard do you measure things?
The Bible is exceedingly clear on both homosexuality( abominable sin) and womens "ordination"- not permitted.
If your standard is Holy Scripture, show me how you can accept these two innovations.
Homosexuality is commonly defined as sexual activity with a person of the same sex.
A homosexual who is celibate is not engaging in sinful behavior.
A homosexual often refers to a person who engages in homosexual activity. “Persons with SSA” (same sex attraction) is a more accurate description.
A homosexual who is not promiscuous but committed to one partner...I can't find that sinful.
Correct usage of the term homosexual. The other parts are your opinions and contrary to both natural law and divine revelation.

You didn't answer this question. Not sure what questions you were answering, but I don't think they were any of mine.
Since I'm apparently being interrogated: No, I don't care to explain. It's clear enough already.
Considering that Christ Himself did not select any women as Apostles and that his Apostles did not consider any women as candidates for deacon, the question concerns which tradition you will follow: that of Christ and His Apostles or someone else's?
