I don't think there's enough time left for there to be genuine repentance, if people are still double-talking like the person in the article who says "I'm sorry to cause you pain, but I'm not sorry I did what I did," we haven't progressed at all from GC 2003. That's like the husband saying, "I'm sorry to cause you pain, but I'm not sorry I set my mistress up in the extra bedroom."
