actually the answer is: God made me to know, love, and serve him in this world and be happy with him in the next world.
The next question is how we know him...and that it to study the beliefs of the church...and we serve him by following the commandments.
But of course, in the author's world, God is the tooth fairy, who wants us to be happy...
