I'm interested to know how you would define
"the wicked"? Those who perform wicked acts?
Or all those who don't accept Christ?

How I define wicked is immaterial it is how God defines wicked that counts>

1Co 5:13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

Col 1:21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
