Thank you for your post, I just saw it, but am headed off to bed. Your question makes excellent sense, and I can see where you are coming from. Can I ping you to post #1600 to see what you think of that, at least for a start? Although it doesn't specifically address the Catholic doctrine of the Perpetual virginity of Mary, I think it speaks to Matthew 13: 54-56.
