The Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter Liturgical Ordo 2006 has January 22nd as the 3rd Sunday after the Epiphany and February 12th as Septuagesima Sunday.
I very much doubt if the SSPX 2006 calendar differs, so you might want to check that source. The 2005 calendar might well be the point of confusion.
