As you can see, there is very, very little convergence between the opinion expressed here by the future pope and what Met. John of Pergamum, speaking for the EP and others, stated at the October Synod in Rome.

Yeah. I agree. This b.a.c. thinks the Holy Spirit has His work cut out on this one :). The Pope is not going to be first among equals. While Jesus gave all Apostles/Bishop the authority to bind and loose, only Peter received the Keys.
