So, how does, for instance, wearing holy underwear, align with the Bible?
How doesn't it? We believe this doctrine comes from God, so thus we comply. Just because you don't believe it comes from God doesn't make us wrong and you right?
The Bible does talk about Holy clothing:
Ex. 28: 4
4 And these are the garments which they shall make; a breastplate, and an ephod, and a robe, and a broidered coat, a mitre, and a girdle: and they shall make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, and his sons, that he may minister unto me in the priests office.
I suppose you would have a point if the Bible said "Don't wear certain types of underwear.", but it doesn't. The Bible can't contain everything, thus the need for modern revelation.
John 21:
25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.

We live in a free country. And you can worship in whatever manner you wish. And wear whatever special underwear you think will keep you safe. Your choice.
But I would hope that in defending your traditions you would list relevant scripture. We are not required to do the animal sacrifice etc etc.. because of Jesus dying on the cross. You keep bringing up old testament scripture that pertained to the way Jews worshiped God in the Old Testament. As for needing modern revelation thats just poppycock.

Wait a minute. You guys wear those 19th century linen underthings because of what it says in the Old Testament, i.e. under the old covenant about how to approach the Holiest of Holies?
Why would you do that?
