In one last peripheral attempt to educate, I feel I must point out that that Handel also composed music for Catholic masses, enjoyed mixing at the Vatican when living in Italy, and composed Anglican Te Deum's when he wasn't busy being a Lutheran. He would find the lack of catholicity in some corners of this thread a bit appalling, I suspect.
