"Thanks for your footnote. Is your Bible for all intents and purposes the same as the Catholic Bible, but with footnotes steered toward Orthodox theology, or are there real differences?"

The only "official" bible for Orthodoxy is the Bible used by The Church in let us say the 5th Century and its in Byzantine Greek for the NT and Hellenistic Greek for the Septuagint (OT). Obviously the Slavs and Arabic speaking Christians have translations of that bible. In English speaking Orthodox jurisdictions when we want to use English, there is no "official" bible but usually I think the NKJV text (with our footnotes) is usually used.

There is no difference between the Orthodox NT and the Latin NT but there are a few differences in the OT. Here's a link which compares the Orthodox, Latin and Protestant usages for the OT:
