Nearby towns include Carmel, Brewster, and Fishkill NY, and Danbury, CT. Ah! I'm somewhat familiar with that area. Sorry to report there are no identified traditional Anglican churches nearby.

Nearby towns include Carmel, Brewster, and Fishkill NY, and Danbury, CT.If you're starting from Carmel, St. James the Apostle Catholic in Carmel doesn't have a bad looking website. At least there's no rainbow flags flying or 'eco-spirituality' group meetings listed. That's a start. And they have a mission at Lake Carmel, so they're growing.
