"Forgive me, but I'm not finding anything in Gal 5:19 that talks about confession." Feel free to skip confession. I find all of the sacraments of my Church to be Biblical in background. I find confession to be a liberating and stress relieving process that brings me closer to God.
And I go every four to six weeks.
