Libertarian Capitalism is anti-Christian in my opinion because it worships the marketplace as a God and reduces Christianity to the level of being just another good or service.

Libertarian Capitalism is compatible with our Constitution.
The authors version of Christianity is not compatible with our Constitution.

Thus, under our system, the two are not compatible, and the authors version of Christianity should be rejected by those who support the Constitution.

The question ought to be, should we make liberty so much of an idol that we forget about our duties to God. The problem I see with too many American Evangelicals is they treat the U.S. Constitution as if it were divinely inspired.

Try exercising your "duties to God" if you have no liberty.

I owe my allegiance first to God, then to the Universal Church and lastly to my nation.

Your nations constitution is the only thing that protects your liberty to give your 'first allegiance' to God. I suggest you rethink your priorities.

I am not going to venerate the Constitution as though it were a sacred document. If you want to worship the constitution, fine. I am not about to join you.

The constitution is irrelevent with regard to distributist economics.

You know that Catholics were denied basic freedoms by the states after the Constitution was ratified, and that New Hampshire denied Catholics the right to vote until after the Civil War.

My loyalty is to something far larger than nation. Perhaps, if you are a Protestant, you can't comprehend that. Catholic means universal. Protestants were bigoted towards Catholics because of that fact, historically.

Catholic first, American second.
