All joking aside, divorce is not a worse sin than any of the others, and it is paid for at the cross of Jesus Christ, by His blood. End of story :)
But in regards to the article, I say, from personal experience, that emotional abuse is just as cutting as physical abuse, except you don't even have the physical proof that it is taking place. But God is the avenger of HIs people
Someone who is abusive because of an alcohol problem would fall into this category, and as far as I'm concerned, grace being what it is and being so needed by us daily, the Lord forgives and forgets, and restores the person's life.
This is a hilarious comment! Could you please cite for me a universally accepted definition of "emotional abuse" on par with the definition of "physical abuse?"
