God will judge and He has given us His rules that He WILL judge us by. He also gives us a free will obviously, to do as we please if we choose to not follow His rules.

Lots of people take that out of context to present it as a proscription on discriminating between good and evil.

It's not.

If you're going to quote Scripture do it accurately and completely. Distorting context and editing Scripture to your liking is a cheap trick of the simpleminded.

"Judge not, that you may not be judged, For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again. Any why seest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye; and seest not the beam that is in thy own eye? " Matthew 7:1-3
