If you plan is to consume those things you pray for upon your own lusts, then you are clearly putting your own will above God's will and hence you are not asking in "Faith". Faith includes obedience and a willingness to conform your will to that of God. If we are there, then the desires of our heart will match the desires of God for our lives. Will it not?
