Now I really am confused. I don't see a notice on cartoonchurch.com regarding linking. I do see one about using the cartoons on another website which is why I only provided a link. Is it an FR rule about hyper-linking?

I don't mean to add to your confusion. I guess one would need a license to link the image itself. But linking the site is fine.
