Come, come brother, Satan has no dominion in hell, he is a captive there just like all unbelievers. Hell is just as much God's domain as heaven.

I know that Satan is a prisoner in hell. I am unsure whether Spurgeon meant that he could not conceive of more people "in the dominions of Satan" in the sense of being unregenerate and unelect, or whether Spurgeon believed that Satan ruled in hell, but it does no good arguing the point to me.
