I'm long gone. It's been seven years now, and I can't say there has been a day I've regretted my decision.
To the extent I get wistful, I get my Anglican fix by listening to "With Heart and Voice" on National Public Radio.
We left too about 15 years ago, now. It heated up faster in LA than in some areas. Recently crossed the Tiber. aaah.
I left as well 12 years ago and went to the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. I do also regret leaving behind the Anglican service, but I do incorporate BCP often into the Prayers of the People. But here I stand!
That's the advantage I have of being in the APCK. If anything, the liturgy is more beautiful than the '79 Episcopal.
