False, at least according to the law.

In accord with the above cited instructions of the Holy See such an authorization may not, in any way, exclude men or, in particular, boys from service at the altar, nor require that priests of the diocese would make use of female altar servers, since "it will always be very appropriate to follow the noble tradition of having boys serve at the altar" (Circular Letter to the Presidents of Episcopal Conference, March 15, 1994, no. 2). The law? You can't be serious.

In any event, the portion of law you quoted doesn't say anything about a prohibition on girl servers at the indult. Seems to me if a priest granted a girl's request to serve at an indult, the congregation would just have to accept it.

Look, I didn't present my last post as fact. I said I'd "heard" that priests must honor the request.
