I agree, but the why this is so is the reasons for my inquiry.

It's quite simple - the reason why is only obscure today in an atmosphere where intentionally barren, recreational sex is considered the norm.

All homosexual activity is inherently infertile.

God hates people who reject the gift of sexuality by rendering themselves intentionally infertile.

Sexuality is a way that God gives people to participate in his act of creation - homosexuality is Satanic in that it tells God: "I want to take your gift and turn it away from your purposes to please my appetites."

Yes that is the point I was trying to make. But this raises the question about masturbation and other forms of sex between men and women that is also inherently infertile. Technically this is also sodomy and would also cry up unto Heaven would it not? After all the Bible does not use the term Homosexuality but it does use the term Sodomy and the notion that Sodomy is strictly a homosexual act is a very recent idea. Sodomy laws used to punish heterosexuals as well as gays.
