That's a very odd form to me. The fact that it is a verb form probably accounts for why it ends in omega, though that is usually the ending for a 1st person present verb. Koine of course does have a dative form and that's what this is. Modern Greek doesn't use the dative. Here the form in context is obviously masculine and is acting as an adjective, but I'd have expected it to end in an omicron or even an omicron ipsilon (like a genitive). My initial reaction would be to translate it the same way as I did earlier in reference to Panagia, though I suspect here it means something more like well mannered or gracious from the context...but hey, I'm just an old Balkan Bandit so what would I know? :)
