Regarding the "Anyone not allowing women to be ordained is not likely to commune with what is here called the 'faithful Anglican communion in North America" sentence; would you elaborate? Just curious, and I'm not sure I'm understanding what you are saying?

I think what he's saying is that if things were to revert to pre-Robinson status there is still the issue of the ordination of women. I.e., two possible outcomes ahead:

#1: ECUSA split
Group #1: The heretics
Group #2: The "faithful" who ordain women
Group #3: The Continuing who do not

#2: ECUSA reformed
Group #1: ECUSA who ordains women
Group #2: The Continuing who do not
