Very nice! The APCK lent money to our parish too, to help buy the land our church is on. It's all long since paid off, the mortgage more recently too, and when our bishop comes in October to install our new rector he'll also be consecrating the church.
I wonder how many of us are APCK.

We're church-hunting ourselves. We just had a wonderful visit from our Ordinary with assurances of support for that and we hope to be sited within months.
