I am watching Jay Sekulow on Nancy Grace. He is hitting the nail on the head.
SEKULOW: Let me tell you where. It's exactly what the judges that have dissented in this case have said, and that is this. You have a situation where normally the husband is the guardian. But here you had a different situation. The husband was the guardian, but the husband had another family. And guardians aren't supposed to have conflicts of interest
And I believe he had the ultimate conflict of interest. And that was a due process violation. It should have been brought in at the beginning.
