[Knitting A Conundrum]

O Lord, we offer you
all the burdens of this sad vigil,
the frustrations,
the despondancy,
the grief,
the sorrow,
the sense of outrage,
the impatience,
the desparation
the longing
the need for final resolution
the desire to help thwarted,
we give it all to you,
who told us to give you all our burdens,
we offer it all up,
our carrying this particular cross you have given us.

O Lord,
hear our prayer,
and let our cry come unto thee.

Remember you child Terri,
living witness to the evil of the age,
and keep her close,
and give us,
who work the work you have asked us to
the peace that comes from
walking in your way,
doing the tasks you give us,
answering your call,
this day and always,
amen.

Father, we stand before you and watch the evil forces walk haughtily before you as they work to take the life of Terri. This is an evil time Lord. Hold Terri and her family in the hollow of your hand. Comfort them Lord. Give no rest to the ones that devise iniquity aganist her.

Help us to remember your words: He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?

Father have mercy on Terri. Father, grant justice. In the lovely name of Jesus I pray.
