The Media is giving alot of attention to Rick Warren.
Ashley Smith also read verses of the Bible to him,but the media has given this little attention.

Of course they did. They don't and can't recognize the miracles of God. My point is that we should not fall into the same trap because of our own prejudices. We should praise God for whatever method He uses and use whatever tools or gifts He gives us to demonstrate He is redemptively active in His world.

I didn't know the name of the author till I clicked this thread, I knew she mentioned a Christian book and read from it, among other actions and words she shared with him. The Media is giving a lot of attention to this woman's faith in God, and the fact that she used that faith to calm a killer who was holding her. I think it's been a pretty good week for Christianity in the news. Only the most nattering naybobs of negativity would find something to complain about.
