I'm surprised that Mr. Richardson would say this, he is a frequent writer for 'New Directions' (the Forward in Faith magazine), and thus should know that hundreds of C.ofE. Priests have declared impaired Communion with their Bishops and come under the purview of the Provincial Episcopal Visitors.

I'm sure he's speaking with reference to England.
Their last big "disfellowship" (a good Baptist word) was in connection with the English Civil War.
