The author of that site doesn't appear to be Messianic, but he has an excellent understanding of the OT scriptures. The purification could not be done without the ashes of the previous Red Hefer. He seems to understand that the Lord himself is the only one that can provide the real temple (although the Freemasons are determined to build one).
