I have seen miracles.
However, I have also seen people harmed by stopping their medication for diabetes, blood pressure, or their psychiatric medication.
Years ago, our church had a famous healer come. He discussed how he "cured" this one and that one...and those who went to his service were impressed: Slain with the spirit, had their aches and pains improved.
However, I was suspicious.
You see, Pare, the father of modern surgery, when asked how he cures people said: I treat people, God Cures them.
And as a doctor, I've treated many people, but God cured them. One of my professors said few doctors were overly pious, but most believed in God because we see how things go in reality: People get better when we expect them to die, and others die despite our best efforts. If you didn't believe in God, you would go crazy, because it is not logical.
Now, if these "healers" improve love of God, good.
If they just "heal", then I say they are false prophets, and egotistical people who have psychic powers to heal, but are not doing God's will....

I would advise keeping with a doctor AND going to faith healing. It can't hurt.
