No not at all! I just know your heart and if one doesn't believe in gifts it is for sure they live below there power GOD has given them. The Holy Spirit is there to met all one's needs to the Glory of GOD Almighty.

Back to this prophecy posted, It is so general some of it may come true or He is able to apply it to events.

I still like to read them all anyway, You never know when it is going to be the One!
