Aren't us lay-people allowed to form highly-structured, discipled groups to bring the Lord more effectively into our daily lives at work? to be aware of those who show signs of wishing to deepen their faith? to encourage others to deepen their faith and to extend their talents at work and play? to offer them a community of support? to deepen their involvement in parishes?
I thought that was what VCII was about.
