You're assuming both of the previous are surely true. Obviously, the sun is a star, but are you sure E=MC^2 is correct? There are no exceptions? You are asking God to give us _today's_ science, but science, by its nature, is tentative in nature. If God said E=MC^2, it would prove God today, but disprove Him tomorrow when E=MC^2 winds up to be only a subcase.
How about this for proof:
* the Jew's cleanliness laws have only recently been re-discovered by science in the last 200 years
* The blind man at Bethsaida in Mark 8:22 was healed in two parts. After healing his eyesight, he had a condition called agnosia, which causes him to not recognize what he's seeing and see "people as trees". Jesus then healed his agnosia. Of course, we've only known about it as a medical condition in the last hundred years, since medical science has started healing blind people, too.

One in particular I think they have wrong is that the page assumes that science used to view the earth as flat, and I'm not sure of any time period where that was assumed. The one I am fairly sure about is the Job 26:7 reference, although, again, I am unsure that the article characterizes all of that day's science correctly.

Well, thus far E=MC2 has held up. There was almost a "problem" with it regrading Gamma Ray Bursts, but Physicists eventually found "the" solution and E=MC2 wound up still being correct.
That being said, the 'solution' to make E=MC2 'work' was kind of heading shaking. I just went uh .. ok, sure. As to me it seemed to ignore an obvious contradiction. Or at the least it raised more questions.
