This guy is already one of the first to be decieved. Of course the antichrist will appear to be a great guy, after all he will mimick Christ. However, even Satan himself appears as an angel of light. He uses the truth mingled with lies to entrap people. Satan's goal is to replace Christ. He will imitate Christ in every way that he can in order to decieve. Satan's goal is to be worshipped in place of God. He will be charismatic, intelligent, and appear to want and be able to "solve the world's problems". He will use benign technology and twist it to his own purpose; as with the mark of the beast. He will even try to imitate the death and resurrection of Christ. The difference will be that Christ himself died and was resurrected. In the caseof the antichrist, the man will die then Satan will indwell the dead body and claim he resurrected himself. But it will not be the soul of the antichrist in the body, it will be Satan's. But people that are waiting for a supernatural sign as proof of God will fall victim to his deceptions. Now tell me the antichrist is a good guy. He is the great deciever, and people are already being decieved about him before he is even revealed. It will be no wonder that he will decieve so many during that time. Sad, sad, sad.

I agree with you. Many people will be deceived. People should also be more knowledgeable about the Bible. There are many false prophets masking themselves as religious leaders.

Everyone in the world wants "peace" so bad that they will wrap their arms around the Antichrist. It is sad, but true. People have an innate yearning for peace and equality. Many individuals are tired of war, pain, and suffering. However, everyone must realize that only God can offer peace and an end to all suffering, yet it is according to his perfect will and his terms. Governments, countries, and world leaders cannot bring about true "peace and equality". Also, when the resemblance of "peace" begins to develop on earth, Christians beware. Currently, the stage is being set.

I disagree with a perspective that one shouldn't be concerned or cautiously vigilant regarding the beast or antichrist, if for no other reason he will usher in the era of the Mark of the Beast, which will later be equated with eternal damnation.

On the other hand, one might be able to respond to the perspective not to fear the beast, in that our salvation is through our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus who was God incarnate, died on the Cross, buried and resurrected 3 days later, ascended to heaven and is now seated at the right hand of the Father. Nothing will separate us from the love of God and in that faithfulness of Christ do we only have salvation.

I would also respond that the AntiChrist is indeed evil from the divine perspective, but will most probably emanate an epitome of human good devoid of divine righteousness.

Most people confuse satanic behavior with criminality. Although satanic or adversarial behavior might thrive from criminal action, the policy of the person, Satan, is to promote a false, counterfeit system independent of God, a cosmic or worldly system. That cosmic system is full of law and regulation. Satan hates those who fail to abide by His false system. He will hate criminality, not because it doesn't comply with God's Plan, but because it is in enmity with the satanic cosmic system.

Some of the most satanic systems render the appearance of good in every way except in divine righteousness.
